Deciding to speak to a psychologist about help can be quite awkward and nerve-wracking at first. You may struggle with the possibility of facing judgment, feel confronted about explaining your problem, or be apprehensive about what treatment will be like.

Jo’s aim is to make you feel at ease at the earliest contact. She insists on providing a free initial consultation, so you can confidentially talk to her about your problem over the phone first, rather than meet her “blindly”. This way, there are no surprises about who you are going to meet at your first appointment, and you can rest assured that Jo has the skills to work with what you have requested help for.
